Why do people still think that by simply by changing the term and attaching an exotic sounding name that their flat's quality will be magically improve when it has been managed by the same team of incompetent fools (which has gone steadily from bad to worse in the last 2 decades) who do not even know how to build a ramp up car park?

 

Because its not just an "exotic sounding name" and that they actually paid more $$$? And DBSS are "designed and built" by prvt developers, but sold by HDB i think. Imo they were misled. It's like paying for a Lexus ES and getting a Camry instead. wait...

I look at the picture I tot the complain was abt the window opening but instead its abt the water pipes. Exposed water pipes are fine with me. Concealing it need more money. Last time HDB flats, the water pipes were inside the unit, even worse.

 

These guys should think whether they want these pipes in their home or outside
