When all things equal during promotion time for two candidate those with cert will still be consider first. Because that is the only one left to consider with all being equal. So how???

 

All Singaporeans are equal but some Singaporeans are more equal than others so the problem you foresee may not happen.

so when asking singaporeans to not to take degrees. Have the govt thought about who will be the managers and who will be the subordinates? lol

 

i can foresee another 10-20yrs time. when singaporeans complain why all the managers and ceos are foreigners, the govt will say "it is because the FTs are all better qualified. All got degree. you all peasants only got pang sai zua. " you never upgrade so cannot blame them.

Just found out that one of my friends from NS, who didn't even pass his O levels after multiple tries, managed to get a degree from University College Dublin (Kaplan).

虎妈虐打掐颈撞墙, 4岁儿吐白沫重伤亡

被告从2012年开始，多次虐打亲生儿子。

 

恐怖虎妈！只因亲生四岁儿无法朗诵11至18这8个数目字，多次把他推倒撞头，掐颈撞墙，导致他最后口吐白沫，受重伤身亡。

 

这起家庭悲剧发生在2014年8月1日，地点是友诺士湾第1座组屋的其中一间单位内。小死者是年仅四岁的阿里尔，将他虐打至死的，竟是他的亲生母亲诺莱达（34岁）。

 

案情显示，案发当天中午12时，被告接小死者放学后，在家中要他用英语和马来语念出11至18的数目字，但他无法用马来语念出来。被告又气又失望，小死者被骂了一顿后就去睡午觉。

 

下午4时30分，小死者醒来后，被告又叫他念数目字，但他还是念不好，气得她推了小死者一下，导致他往后倒地，撞伤头部。尽管被母亲打骂，小死者还是站了起来，尝试再念一次，但又念错了。被告不理他，走向厨房去。死者跟着妈妈，嘴里念念有词。被告听见他一再念错时，再次把儿子推倒撞头，甚至三番四次用双脚踩儿子的双膝。
