Audi makes pretty good car comparable to BMW and Benz. Efficient yet simple design cues. Great engines too.

Maybe you can take a look at Skoda Octavia. But if your OC wants the 4 rings then no choice. 

 

Thanks bro for the advice, i do agree with you as well, but my OC doesnt really like the exterior of Golf and would prefer a sedan of this range. yet again, seeing if could slash the price lower for a better deal!

Well then it's settled, the CO wants the brand, enough said, get the car and enjoy..

On the flip side, some have said, less features, less issues right?

yeap, totally agree with that, lesser worries on electronics and sensors.

 

yet i'm more worried about the GB than the ECU and other electronics  [dead]

They dun even give u reverse camera!

Collected mine recently and it came with reverse camera as FOC plus Audi UTR, apple carplay and 2 USB port plus AUX port installed inside the arm rest.

 

Not sure whether previous batches have all this but I believe current promo will be attractive.

i guess how much you paid matters too.

 

pay more and they will give you everything, pay less you get peanuts.

 

not like the car is exactly cheap to begin with when skoda gives you exactly the same thing or even better at around the same price but some people just prefer 4 rings and paying a premium.

Haha at least u r honest and not reasoning that u r buying it for the engine, gearbox etc...

99k for that 4 rings, it's worth to take a look though.

 

But no reverse camera...USB port....maybe they will take away the electric seat also?

I would say it’s a pretty good deal. My last conversation with a SE, it’s around $116k for A3 with 3 years servicing and reverse camera.

actually nothing wrong with saying that you buy it just for the 4 rings... after all, you pay for what you get, and sometimes due to face, you need a more branded car. we only live once, what other people think is not impt. most impt ownself happy. that's alot of money to spend, so be happy spending it. haha

B prepared and standby a pool of $$ to mod the A3 to include some of the missing features. I have installed reverse cam and TPMS so far.

Recently I was checking with an Audi SE on Q2. I was told that if I am to add on any package, e.g. drive assist, the promotional discount will not be provided.

 

I am wondering what's the rationale for that, I am paying more to add package yet they remove promotional discount. Is it because they want to clear existing stock and if I am to add any package, they will have to indent one based on my configuration?

Correct, any additional factory option needs to be indent and go through the whole process
