They have a margin and sale quota to meet every month, it's just depending on the timing and customers they meet... Actually 3k top up is reasonable for VC as Nav is also included as a package. Was offered about 123k when COE was about 48k. I didn't ask further for a better price as I am still hopping for COE to fall further. Hopefully the next COE price is better... Now new A3 1.0 by Premium is $135k, this PI sells A3 1.4 at $119k only. Over phone, the PI said he has ready stock and offer 3yr (100k).
