i stay low floor, there is an upstairs neighbour like to throw things out the window. often hear things dropping to the ground from our kitchen window. kitchen window is also cracked due to something hitting. always a risk to stand near the window, you never know when something may drop in...  [shakehead]

Your problem can be solve, just set up video camera facing your windows, capture 2 to 3 video clips of objects falling down from the top, report to Town council and police, someone will do the job of investigating to find who's throwing things out of their windows and they'll face charges of high floor littering. By doing this, you may end up saving someone's life in the future.

Looks like everyone seems to have inconsiderate neighbours?!

It's more like we don't know our neighbours nowadays. If we know our neighbours, even if they make noise we will probably tolerate it more cos it will not be a faceless person making the noise but the aunty who always walks the pet dog downstairs who visit us sometimes to chat(for example).

That is the problem with 5.5 million people clamp in this little island. Someone says 10 million [hur] that is because he stays in a bungalow away from the rest.

You mean if we know our neighbours, they can be inconsiderate to others and we must be tolerate towards their behaviour?  -_-

I mean we are usually more tolerant to those people whom we know as compared to faceless people.

Really out of reach from the people's lives.  [thumbsdown]

Cause they have no empathy for their people. No matter how many millions of people clamp in this place, they do not feel the effect at all lo.
