But the batter getting a little too crispy. If you like hao bing, the batter must be a certain balance between crispness and chewiness. Remember, only open at night. Exactly, the oil and the hao bing are all quite dark in colour. But I will almost always buy 1 or 2 whenever Im there. Hao bing is just too delicious. At the mid section. Yes a bit oily. The fruit juice also cheap. I missed those days where pasam malam sell this. Nowadays quite difficult to find ppl selling. Add ingredients got prawn somemore.
