so you mean only elegance model is getting this head unit?

Mine is the classic and collected car in march.

Anyone with classic model and got the new head unit?

Me, but mine has no reverse lines.

OK Here's what the Elegance head unit is and the rear parking view.

My classic does not have the button on the bottom left of the touchscreen

I think the headunit for the Elegance is different from the Classic one because of the GPS function that Elegance has.

I can't recall having a button at bottom left of screen on Elegance.

Yes I just checked on the feature of the Classic, no navigation system.

Thanks for your reply. I shall wait for my SE's reply and update you guys here.

This morning a staff from the New Vehicle Delivery Centre call me to inform me that they have ordered the parts and would take about 2 weeks for the parts to arrive. In the meantime will wait for them to call me again to arrange an appointment to fix the problem. Thanks.

More info on the headunit can be found from this link (https://info.iauto.com/) From the link,It seems like iauto is the software provider while pioneer is providing the hardware.

By the way it looks like from the manual it does not have any section that is on the transmission fluid nor I can find the tranmission dipstick from the engine bay. The tranmission fluid is lifetime ?

I was told by my SE when collect car that it's a pioneer HU.

The model number is a custom OEM model. If you were to compare with pioneer Bluetooth models, it is quite similar to the 5xxx or 8xxx series head unit whereby u can move the screen upward to insert CD or SD- card. However in terms of audio setting, it is quite limited, there is no custom EQ to set.

Info sharing on auto lock doors for Toyota cars.. I tried and it works ..

Step #1

Close all the doors.

Make sure your parking brake is on.

Don't do this on an incline especially if your choice requires the car to be shifted into Neutral.

This depends on your key type:

Normal key: Switch ignition to the ON position (2nd position).

Smart key: Turn ignition to the IGNITION ON mode (2nd press of the start button). Do not step on the brakes or your car will start!

REMINDER! Step #2 has to be done within 10 seconds of doing step #1!

Step #Option==============================Shift to=====Door lock switch to

1 Lock immediately when shifting out of Park=======P=============Lock======

2 Unlock immediately when shifting into Park=======P============Unlock=====

3 Lock when vehicle speed is about 20kpn=========N=============Lock=====

4 Unlock based on driver side door===============N============Unlock====

Shift the gear lever to either P or N.

If you're already in the correct shift option, you don't need to change it. So if it says above you need to shift to P, and you're already in P, leave it. Same for N. Of course, if you're in P and need to shift to N, do it (step on the brakes to shift!).

Press the driver side door lock switch to your choice for 5 seconds.

Release after 5 seconds.

If You're Successful

If you're successful, all doors will lock then unlock. This is the signal that the setting has been turned on OR off. Yes this is horrible. The only way to know if the setting is correctly set is to try it out. This is a problem for Option #3 as it means you have to actually drive.
