Does any one know how to unlock door . From manual it state key off ,driver door open then all 4 foor will unlocked. But my unit dont work. Just 40km it will lock. Tried to put P to change way of lock and unlock. But it dont work. Any one have same ezperience?

i have a habit of switching to neutral gear at red light with handbrake. Is that a bad practice for Altis? Should you leave it a D and press the footbrake?

I managed to get it changed to unlock whenever I shift the gear into "Park" position.   You need to close all doors and shutdown your engine first.   Then put engine to "On" position (not "Start").  Then, remain in "Park" gear, press and hold "Unlock" button for 5 seconds.  That's it.

To me, the speaker sound quality is good enough. Just need to adjust the front balance to F+5.

Went to BM to install the tweeter speaker at the position at the wing mirror.  But I don't think it sound better.  

 

Anyone installed this?   Can advise what audio settings to get the best sound?

For me I will definitely change it . I remembered the SE laugh when I turn up the volume . She said I am different as normally people will turn off the vol to evaluate the road noise . Told her that I also needed to test the speakers SQ and I confirm that it need to be upgraded. To me the 2 impt add on are

1. Car camera

2. Better speakers than stock

 

First one is for safety

Second is that you will be in the car most of the time and if there are jam/ heavy traffic ..nothing beat a good sound system with soothing music to relief the stress.

 

For me I am not into cosmetic upgrade or to change things like rim/ tyres, $$ on those expensive PPS .

I would like to ask any bros here who install blackvue wth powermagic pro (pmp) face the same problem. As the fuse box is located on the left hand side. My question is my installer installed the pmp (with on/off switch) on the left hand side because the pmp pro has to be installed near to the fuse box. As I have the tendency to off the camera at home, I found it difficult to reach the pmp to switch off.

The original speakers sucks big time, my friend bought the twitters from bm and it sounds flat.. Haha! The original Headunit is quite good. I changed my speakers recommended by my installer Sky. Some German brand speaker that cost me around $400+. It comes with a set of two front speakers, tweeters and installation. Superb Sound!!!!
