The crane driver definitely speeding or sleeping, very similar to the BKE case with the bus leaving the slip road and cutting across to the other side of the road. Unfortunately in the BKE case a young man lost his life. Few years back, I saw the cranes traveling from one place to another without a tow truck in front.
