Have managed to DIY a horn from autobacs.

However, still no sound.

Suspect is the fuse kena blown.

Any other possible reasons ?

Where to buy/change fuse and how much ?

 

 

Test the horn by connect it directly to the battery. If it's good then it could be blown fuse or bad wiring and connection. Did you install the additional relay? If you did, it could be wrong connection. Any auto accessories sell fuse for a fraction of the cost.
