Sniper Elite III for ps4 no DLC since Nov 2014

The SE3 dlc's have been available since end of last year, but it does not show up when i start up the game not does it appear in the playstation store.

 

The advance weapons pack appear in the shooting range with a statement that it can be purchased online, but also does not appear for purchase anywhere.

 

Any help?

Maybe it is only available in US?

There has been games with DLCs that are released in US first followed by the rest of the world.

Google is your best friend on this.

2 things make me think its a bug. I've seen somewhere the timelines of releases and "rest of the world" was apparently done end of 2014. But having said that, the ps4 store (Hong Kong??) also does not have it. Secondly, i can use some parts of the DLC package (allied weapons pack) in the shooting range and the blurb that says it can be purchased OL, but when i do that, as described, No content.

 

Nonetheless, i've written to rebellion and see what they say.
