Hi Guys, my son just collected his 308 on 1st March, he seems enjoying it so much. With the 3M film all round including e glass roof, heat is not an issue at all. His head lights is so much brighter than my CLA, he booked 308 during motor show n sold off his 120i n was driving my CLA since, seem like he enjoys driving 308 best out of these 3 cars. Hope he got no objection toward my sharing above.

Seems like the 308 and 308SW is really gaining popularity in the forum.  No doubt they are very beautiful and appealing cars.

Hopefully puretech engine will prove to be much more reliable than the famed, award-winning prince engine.

puretech series is develop in house, and like previous generation TU5/EW10 engines are quite reliable,

the problem with the prince is bmw development, the truckload of crap all brought over

That is the power of thirty one LEDs lighting your path.

Though to be precise I believe there are 10 LEDs in the main (low) beam projector.

Look for Zann Toh n tell her you are recommended by 555 0K by telling her u wish to get whatever the same that she offered to my son, she should knows what to do. Price wise I'm sure u are getting at the cheapest price now compare to any of the previous 308 buyers.

My son was thinking of saving 4K at first, with so much things added, so 4K is nothing. Of coz make sure 3M film cover your glass roof as well.

Yes, indeed the LED lights really powerful, I didn't expect it to be brighter than my CLA until I see it with my own eyes. I believe my son will have a very bright future after driving a car with sure a bright headlights. Lol

Thanks so much for all your very positive feedback ð

I can also be a son to whoever that is willing to buy me a 308 ðð

Sorry, I didn't help him a single cent on this purchase. I told him if he can't afford best go for B.M.W.

Glass roof or not any car will get hot in the sun. And sunroofs, panoramic or otherwise, are always darkened, insulating glass. If that's insufficient you can still use the powered shade.

And as mentioned you can demand solar film for the glass.

Out of curiousity, your CLA is a P.I. one with halogen headlamps or a C&C one with bi-xenons?

And do share your FC with the frugal TC 3 cylinders engine.

I'm getting about 14km/l, 50% HW 50% City. Only 3 weeks old. I believe once EO is changed to synthetic, it should improve.

I bought the 16" trim because it should give better ride comfort. All those features like park assist I don't really need. From the test drive car, I could sense heat coming through the glass roof even with the roof shade so no thanks.

So far I'm enjoying this car greatly, very quiet and smooth.

CLA200 bi-xenons from C&C, no way is brighter than 308.
