Apparently all borneo motors alphard/vellfire do not come with Pre crash safety system (millimeter wave radar type)? Is it true?

Will sonar info appear on 3rd party head unit or only on original toyota head unit ?

no, possibly only on the "original" eg executive lounge version with full camera/autopark.

Have u all seen these alphard hercule concept?

Anyone installed bodykit? How about PU kit from Taiwan, are they worth the savings?

This hercules looks radical. It's open top probably make you feel like sitting inside a big box with its top cover open!

My family bought the latest Alphard in black. Black leather interior.

The exterior is sleek for a van like shape. The rear light cluster is very cool. The front.. maybe a bit too much chrome, up to individual preference, I can live with it.

But the sense of luxury, space and comfort inside is top notch. The drive is good, didn't feel underpowered for its size.

Good car  [thumbsup]

is there a difference between the executive lounge and the ottoman seats?

or do they mean the same thing?

Different, the common better specs version here is the "pilot" seats - electric adjustment with mickey mouse head rest.

The basic model ottoman seats is manually adjustable

The executive lounge is the highest grade, around 300k in SG, with foldable tables ect.

Any ladies have problem driving the Alphard/ Vellfire ?

Do they find it too big to maneuver this car ?

no problem (of course compare with othe large mpvs and saloons)

Easier to drive/park all the 3 versions of the alphards - compared to Estima/old S class.

Just committed to Alphard SA model

Collecting probably end of is month.

Good price, basically after COE (I bidder myself), the car I bought for 115k with all accessories in.. (alpine 9", roof mount monitor, solar film, mats, USB, full leather seat (SA models come with 1/2 leather), scuff plates etc)

However, PI unable to confirm whether the model comes with pre-crash system. Any idea how to check?

Also, intending to do PPS. Any bros can recommend a good place to do so?

Mine is lux white edition...

Wish to buy a Toyota Alphard and wondering how's the Fuel consumption of this car is like?

And for normal 50% highway and 50% normal road, what is the mileage we expected to achieve on full tank?

Appreciate any senior to advise.

I am not sure if mine comes with pre-crash system? But when my car come close to the vehicle in front, a red warning sign will appear on the display unit and i sensed that the brake is being depressed. Anyway, I've only driven it a few times.

The Alpine HU does not read many video and Audio formats! I've installed a media player to it. With a HDD hooked, it now has hundreds of songs and movies to entertain all passengers.

Sorry to hear that. I'm also driving VF ZG. You may want to give Leong Seng a call. You can google their contact and address. It's in Ubi.
