I tried Glucousame, keep getting fainting spell and irregular heart beat. Yes, I agree. Tried glucosame and it didn't help with my knee joint pain, but fish oil appears to. Although I don't have the discipline to take it everyday.

Jimmylim 4th Gear January 22, 2015 Share January 22, 2015 i prefer to go for natural stuff; eat more veggies fruits etc. cut down on meats. and most important, be physically active.
Kb27 Supersonic January 22, 2015 Share January 22, 2015 I've tried a few supplements, but now reduced mostly to fish oil, magnesium, apple cider vinegar and honey. The rest I prefer to take in via fruits and vegetables. Bananas is a cheap source, full of good stuff like potassium and manganese. Taking whole fruits and vegetables is healthier and more balanced. You should only take supplements if your body is lacking in something after your regular meals. ↡ Advertisement
