Just to Share with you ... Some Rice Wine has Salt content ... If you want to reduce that, use Sake or White Wine ...

You can prepare a simple Sauce at the side for the Steam Crab ...

1. Mince Ginger

2. Sesame Oil

3. White Vinegar

4. Soy Sauce

Mix the above ... you can also use it as a marinate and drizzle on to the Crab before Steaming or just simply as a sauce for dipping ... Have Fun [thumbsup]

FYI .. This same sauce can also be used as a Marinate to Drizzle onto Fish or Squid for Steaming ...

Thanks for sharing! Nice recipe

Not exactly know the block no.

It is in TPY central at a corner unit, opposite a durain store. There is a Thai food store on same coffee shop.

I try the thai food once, don't like it. The tom yum soup is too sweet. Not spicy and sour.

Taste not bad, but frankly, I never eat this dish before. 😆 I only saw it on menu and cooking show. Wonder how should it taste like.

From what i tried before, it's a little sweet and sour, quite yummy

Yes.

The one at hdb hub just had it last week week. Too sweet, should ask for less sugar.

I still prefer the one at old airport market.

Its on the first row, facing the durian stall (dont buy durian from this stall, i kanna before $130+ for one durian, quality not good some more)
