Love your type of chicken soup with a layer of oil on top. My mum used to cook it when I was young.

Nowadays...............my wife cook chicken soup............................its from a can called Campbell chicken soup!!! :a-no: Taste so different. I missed this type of oily chicken soup. [smallcry]

Very Simple ... If you don't already have a Slow Cooker, buy one ...

In the morning before you go to work ... Throw all the ingredients into the slow cooker ... Set to SLOW ...

Come home in the evening and everything is ready ...

It is easier to use a Slow Cooker if you are not familiar with Fire Control ... And Soup from Slow Cooker or Double Boiler has more depth in flavour ...

GO AND BUY A SLOW COOKER, TODAY ...

I only going to cook once. If fail, no more cooking it. No need to buy a slow cooker lah. I am not a cook. Just try will normal pot first.

If you can Operate all these Complicated RC Helicopters and Aeroplanes ... I'm sure you can make Chicken Soup ...

go supermarket buy 2 piece of chicken thigh with drum, throw inside water with onions, potatoes and carrot. 1 hour later you also have the same chicken soup with oil on top :D

the oil is a lot with the skin on.

especially chicken thighs.

soak overnight with detergent water. Then drain and remove most of the scum (most should float off).

Then pour boiling water with detergent. Use a bristle brush. Gao tim.

Rather than spend more effort scrubbing the night before. Save the time and do it next morning. Much faster and easier.

Turbocharged

Wow!! From Smart Phones ...............  Now we even have smart carbs......Oh Man! ,whats next??? (or Akan Datang)

They can call the product whatever they want, I am not too bother by it. The 1st  2 ingredients on the label and the nutrition facts are the things I look for. You may think that you are buying wholemeal bread, but take a look at the label, sometimes you are better off buying white bread instead, and they are cheaper ...LOL
