Nzy Twincharged January 7, 2015 Share January 7, 2015 We usually bake our own cookies at home so we can control how it tastes. My wife prefers to cook her cookies till they are dry so its very crumbly but I like mine to be alittle bit soft in the centre.
Shibadog Turbocharged January 7, 2015 Share January 7, 2015 The windy city!! City centre campus, supposed to be nice... haha yes. Campus was on a ridgeline so that was interesting. Abt 10min walk to the city and 20min uphill trudge back,
Ender Hypersonic January 7, 2015 Share January 7, 2015 In my world, there is no such thing as eat too much... There is only such thing as not exercise enough Actually speaking seriously --- remember the "favourite cookies from childhood" thread? The cookies I am looking at are from NZ - and I find that Singaporeans have very different taste in biscuits / snacks / cookies than we do back home - I am not sure if there is sufficient market for this sort of cookie - have to think carefully first and make sure that enough people would be willing to eat this sort of mega big cookie Provide samples for us, and we tell u whether it suits local taste. Galantspeedz Turbocharged January 7, 2015 Share January 7, 2015 Fly to source with me, rent a car, drive to the factory - and we can each bring back 25 kg of cookies for tasting All different flavours, and also their very special cereal bars. on the way, I'll treat you to a proper lamb dinner and some real Ale instead of that tiger lager crap we mostly get here just call them and send over in transparent packaging with no logo lar... Jamesc Hypersonic January 7, 2015 Share January 7, 2015 Just doing a bit of informal research...and wanna ask some questions a) Do you like big size cookies (biscuits) - say around 10-12cm in Diameter - 15-20 mm thick? b) Do you buy any snacks like cookies, cereal bars or similar from convenience stores? c) What is your favourite "cookie" / cake (eg do you buy Polar Cakes) from convenience store? d) If you do eat this sort of snack / cookie, what do you think is a reasonable price to for such a cookie? a) Big is ok as long as it comes in its own individual wrapper. b) I buy from the inconvenience stores, I think they are known as supermarkets cos cheaper. c) I never buy cookies or cakes from convenience stores only condoms sometimes. d) 10 cents
Super7 Turbocharged January 7, 2015 Share January 7, 2015 Looking into it lor... But I doubtful if Singaporeans have got sufficient taste to enjoy these cookies ... From what I have seen so far, you are all basically cookie heathens... I guess that will make me a "Cookie Evangelist" if this comes about - can be a charismatic "Cookie Eater".... * this post is very tongue in check and meant to be humorous (in case you didn't notice) a) Do you like big size cookies (biscuits) - say around 10-12cm in Diameter - 15-20 mm thick? Too big for me. I prefer smaller ones which i can swallow "whole piece" without having to bite/break them leaving crumbs around. b) Do you buy any snacks like cookies, cereal bars or similar from convenience stores? I buy them in bulk, cheaper this way, from supermarkets. c) What is your favourite "cookie" / cake (eg do you buy Polar Cakes) from convenience store? No preference d) If you do eat this sort of snack / cookie, what do you think is a reasonable price to for such a cookie? Not more than 50 cents per piece?

Not really sure about size, but I prefer the Famous Amos cookies, not those flat round ones. b) Do you buy any snacks like cookies, cereal bars or similar from convenience stores? I buy on impulse, eg pass by Wisma or Parkway parade famous amos then buy. c) What is your favourite "cookie" / cake (eg do you buy Polar Cakes) from convenience store? Occasionally I buy those Danish butter Cookies from supermarket. But those prepacked famous amos cookies from supermarket I don't buy as I feel that they are not fresh. d) If you do eat this sort of snack / cookie, what do you think is a reasonable price to for such a cookie? I think the famous amos pricing is quite reasonable, 100g for $4-5
