A few months back i saw a motorcyclist along henderson road. What made me notice was between the male rider and female pillion, there was a little girl sandwiched without a helmet. You know, the usual thing you see in the kampungs of Malaysia or our other neighbouring south east asian countries.

But the rider didn't look southeast asian, more like south asian.

Anyway no one can do anything to the cyclist if not caught red handed... no way to identify him or by the time they activate emas (which they might not even be bother to activate) the cyclist is long gone... dont think the cyclist ride on the mce regularly..

Maybe the cyclist is an AMDK who used to cycle from ECP to AYE via Sheares Bridge, and now has to pass through MCE to get to the same place? :o

They come back and reprimand the whole world, why motorist so selfish?

Why cannot co-exist?

Why motorist cannot be more tolerant?

Why motorist always have an issue with cyclist?

Why cannot be more eco-friendly?

Ppl monitoring the tunnel must be sleeping.

The person taking the bideo is also another keyboard warrior. Should call TP immediately.

Once again... I call for all bicycles to be used on the roads to be registered/licensed. No license plate = cannot ride on road.

I think license plate might be ugly. Why not implement the GPS ERP gagdet on road going bikes first. [grin] If encounter any incident, just report date, time and place, then can find the offending party easily. [thumbsup]

Iirc, in the olden days, they hv a license for bicycle but not so much for policing but as a form of identification.

That was when pirate taxi rule the rd n bicycle was not cheap.

Yes, not too long ago have license for bicycle. I remember that. But those leotard warriors may not like a ugly plate destorying their bicycle look or their speed cutting thru the air. So a hidden GPS ERP unit in the frame of the bicycle best. LTA can also test its efficiency.

I second that.... we must take a firm stand.

When driver get involved w a cyclist, we will borne majority of the blame even if the mishap is a result of their reckless behaviour.

Likewise, the same goes for pedestrian.

Worse are those on electric bicycle w modified speed. Today nearly witnessed a cyclist becoming another stat. The cyclist was coming down slope and she suddenly maneuver to another lane knowing well that another car was coming down slope. The car jammed brake to avoid running over her n luckily the cars behind were turning right thus avoiding multiple collision.

If we can take a strong stand against vandalism (Michael Fay 's case where properties were damaged ), why can't our Police act on this where there are casualties?
