Kiadaw 6th Gear January 1, 2015 Share January 1, 2015 Thats why, in many big city, they control the numbers of people in the firework zone. I was in Berlin in 2011 new years eve, & area where celebration took place is barricaded, & control by police, You need a ticket to enter. I was also in public screening for the world cup final, & there, also you need ticket to enter the screen area. Its like 2€, but there are at least proper control & decent space.
