[confused] To get to the root of the problem, I need to know what error message users are getting, the browser being used, and sometimes even the version. After I've got the necessary info, I will then inform our IT department to check on it. So far I haven't experienced any issues with it but the IT side they are already following up with the feedbacks from members here. Please be patient and give us time to check. Thanks. I was getting the "This page cannot be displayed" screen but wasn't able to take a screen shot of it. I had the correct web url etc and haven't changed that. Was using the latest Firefox browser.
