I happened to look at the florist in Thomson Rd last weekend.

I was flabergasted by the number of live Christmas trees on sale.

 

I must be an old Scrooge because I asked myself, why and who buys them.

I saw real pine trees for sale at the supermarket at b1 of Raffles City but they are about 4ft and cost less than $40

Try Far East Floral at Farrar Road behind McDonalds. Usually before Dec got discounts.

 

Some live trees smell and look better than those at Ikea. Ikea ones not leafy enough....
