If this isn't a race-based civil war, than what is ? PS: Oh, just realised Maryland Governor has declared a State of Emergency few hours ago. This will allow him to activate US's National Guard. If the police are smart, they should deploy their black officers against the rioters... this would help to prevent further escalation.
