haha.

Thing is, if buy vezel, dun feel special, since it is so common.

Turn head left, you see vezel. Turn head right, also see vezel, look in front, also see Vezel.

At least, if choose CX3, will feel special, as it is more unique.

Not sure if it is just me. Just feel that the curves of CX3 is nicer than Vezel.

Only thing is, I think CX3 more ex than Vezel by at least $10 grand.

Agree with u on all points raised, that's why I got the CX-3!

The higher price is probably why more Vezels on the road although CX-3 is actually Cat B with higher OMV and ARF so it's more paper value practically.

Just drove up to Malacca over the weekend.

Very easily went up 130+km/h without realising it as car is stable and relatively quiet.

Tyre roar and wind noise very loud above 135km/h. Went up to 140+km/h at times.

My friend as backup driver went up to 160km/h (!!) Car was still very stable though the noise was quite deafening.

Came back to a full car wash and vacuum and pump air for the tyres.

It's been three weeks since collection.

Drivewise, it's pretty stable with the 18" rims and tyres, handling is responsive and can take quite a fair bit of cornering without feeling of loss of control. Surprising that it feels in handling almost like my previous MINI, despite the higher ride height. Steering feel though much lighter than MINI still gives quite decent weight and feedback.

Comfortwise, cabin is quite surprisingly silent at cruising speeds more so than MINI, only engine sounds a bit coarse when revved. Though ride is bumpy but still much more comfortable than MINI's go kart feel.

Fuel consumption wise, better than MINI despite the higher engine capacity and specs. (12-13km/l) have not managed the stated specs as I do mainly very short trips (<3km) which hurts economy.

In terms of space, it is small as expected but of course much more space than the MINI!

Overall, love the ride!

Mazdas known for good handling across their range. I would go as far as to say, they are the most Conti like Jap. That said their trait is also rough sounding engine. Not sure why but they don't seem to be able to replicate Toyota's quiet and refined engines. I guess you can't have your cake and eat it.

Anyway congrats on those who bought CX3, hope to hear more feedback from you guys, cheers!!

Deluxe has sunroof, Bose Sound system, blindspot monitoring, 18" wheels, heads up display and 6 airbags.

I got 3 years free servicing or 60,000km.

Neutral Newbie

To those own a CX 3 (2016-2017), just wanna check does your car comes with arm rest? Cos based on pictures and youtube video, i don't see any arm rest at all. Was considering this car but i also realise I don't frequent see it on the road. Guess most ppl might rather purchase Honda Vezel.

Can anyone share how's the drive?

Appreciate everyone input.
