Adults just monitor to make sure that no extreme action is taken on use. let them play and ' settle ' things among themselves. And for a grown up man to slap and 3 year old so hard, and yet behave so arrogantly is really something that should not have happen. Shame on that man. LoL...2-3yo kids can hardly talk properly. The police said they received a call at 9.56am requesting assistance in Toa Payoh Lorong 7 yesterday. A case of alleged assault was reported at the scene and a man was later arrested for being a public nuisance. Investigations are ongoing. He should be charged for "voluntarily causing hurt". :angry: It is cowardice for an adult to hit a small kid. It is even worse then bullying.
