There are established, decent PIs... not all are bad as painted by some.

 

Having said that, do be careful of empty promises with unknown, untested ones.

 

My friends have bought cars from PIs, no issues.

Agree. If E200, buy from C&C. If E250 and higher, can consider P.I.

Agree also. While there are frequently bad eggs among the PIs, there are some good ones too. I think rule of the thumb is, if there is a P.I offering significantly lower than what other P.I are offering for the same make, one gotta be careful.

Some renowned PI don't have the interior color that i want, then they say they will change the leather seat to my color liking

your diff of 50k is referring to the difference in price between the C&C E200 and PI E200? Or just commenting that is the difference between E200 and E250 is 50k? generally I don't see such a big price difference for both scenarios.
