Hi Bro,

Thinking of replacing my current 8yrs old Camry.

One consideration is to get a 2 to 3yrs old F10 BMW. Will appreciate pros and cons feedback from those current owners or anyone who would like to contribute.

Cheers :D:D:D

You have always been a 5er guy in my impression. Any other make or model just won't fit in

Get the turbo one, the NA is a pain to drive.

Unless you never driven a turbo car, then it's fine then.

the NA is smooth, but the turbo ones, bang for buck. Esp the 528. Bro @vid has one i think

It has proven amazingly reliable, for the mileage at least. Power even though its NA (523i), its decent, sufficient for local needs.

The NA is fine, and depending on which NA one you are talking about .

the 3er a bit small, and yes, guess the 5er is a better one.

One of my fav cars is the E39..

the NA is still the inline -6. Sweet on high revs

Make no mistake that the in line 6 is creamy smooth all the way to red line.

If only there is more punch in the lower rpm.

Yes. Turbo pick up much faster. It's a pain to go slow :😄😄

Mine coming to 2 years end of dec. Nearly 40k mileage now. No issues so far. Recommended.😁
