I'm speechless, never see such a dumb ppl. Plenty of reaction time and he/she still can film it watching the car approaching the toddler. I hope the toddler survive.

I was expecting the person filming to at least rush forward and try to grab the child. Even never grab at least the driver can see someone rushing towards the car and might stop.
