I have seen quite a few and even my bro in law break the traffic rules intentionally or unintentionally.

So then?

May as well say..

Don't be surprised if the driver is female

or Don't be surprised if the driver is called Martin

What difference does it make at all?

And FWIW - most likely something approaching 20 or 30% of licensed drivers (in private cars) in Singapore may well be foreign...so it wouldn't be at all surprising

Are you trying to imply that foreign drivers are more likely to be cuckoo or deliberately break the law? Cause that's how your post reads

No I am not trying to imply that. You have misunderstood that.

vid uploaded, part 1, can skip to 0.50, pardon for the lousy quality, time to change to a better one [:)]

part 2

OK la. Quality is not bad what. [:)]

To be honest, the situation is also a bit hard to say. There are many mitigating factors here. Driver could be blur, not aware that car behind is police, and because flash headlights he felt pressured into moving off. I mean, sometimes some impatient idiots at the back flash headlights/horn you to move, you also a bit stress/pressure right?

Of course he is still wrong, but I say this is more careless/panic/blur rather than anything of intention.
