- pay pro-rated insurance?

- get to keep/extend the 20% NCD till end of short term car + 1 year.

U can still declare u have 20% ncd. Ncd will stay intact for a year. so if u get a car within a year, u can still declare u have ncd.

U have to buy a year of coverage even if the car u buying left 3months. they will refund u 85% or 100% unused period depending on individual ins co.
