PQP is relatively high, so that is the main decision why I'll scrap the car. Yes, 2.5months definition rely not enough. My wife have managed to scrape the front and back bumper on walls when parking so far....

Yup, minor scratches. Still one more month to go. After that I'll be looking for another car for her again.

Haha... I only bought one car so far la. Not a lot of insurance companies willing to insure. My wife got hers from NTUC. Comprehensive one, but got to pay for one whole year and they said that they will pro-rate and refund the remaining minus 20% when we scrap the car. Seriously, it's a lousy deal. I would never have gone for it if not for the fact that we are paying only $100 above paper value for 2.5months of driving.

Nah... bought a Vitz with 2.5 months left for my wife to practise driving actually. She just got her license in Jan. Intend to scrap it at the end of its COE although it's still in good condition as its PARF is high. Its scrap value at the end is 10.9k. Got it at 11k.

Can. They will pro-rate and refund the rest that are not used. But they will only refund 80% of the remaining I think. Not a very good deal to me, but no choice as I think my wife really needs the practice.
