It can only happened, if govt implemented d satellite based system where driving is charged by distance n popularity of location. When it do happened, I hope d COE can be made as low as possible or even scrap such that every family got d chance of owning a car for family or emergency use. And of course, our public transport must be very efficient n easily available such that most of d time drive to work is not necessary. Car can be left at home for emergency or weekend use.
