I dont understand why it took two trials to convict them. Something in our law on abusing children is missing or is it flawed or the judge cant decide?

First trial. Seems to have a lack of evidence on the murder charge. The couple were acquitted.

Maybe the judge find it too harsh to have them convicted of murder and instead ask prosecution to file charges for grievous hurt.

Then the prosecution seek life imprisonment for the couple. Same judge say she do not think it's appropriate. ???

A stepdaughter fathered by a different man. The mother also ... why knowingly put her child in such a position?

Couldn't bear to read further news articles on this, how the poor kid must have suffered. Took hours to die from the internal injury - and still fed and vomited with that abdominal injury.

not fit even to be human being
4 yrs old only how old, even if not flesh n blood
the kid is how many times smaller than the adult
total defenceless 😢

This excuse is just beyond LAME. 🙄

The offender said he raped his daughter as he did not want her to have sex with any other men and wanted her to be single.
