First he tells the court he does not know the legal implication of 'misappropriate'. Next he is going to tell the court that he is not aware that foreign funding is illegal. I'm sure they will investigate him after this current proceeding. Doing so before this case may prejudice the current ongoings. Anyway the money trails are there and he even said so in court.
