I think it will cause more people to avoid going orchard area if that section is closed permanently. This is due to people will find it a Hessle to go there due to traffic jam.

 

1st is to think of ways on how to reduce traffic jam over there to attract more crowd instead of closing road permanently that cause even more jam.

 

Government think all people only take train to orchard meh? There are in fact a lot of people took grab to orchard and many a times, they will have big small bag of things they bought. Then also tourist will take train meh? Many tourist also take grab to orchard area too.

 

Another thing, singapore is so hot, not many people want to walk long distances in day time. So that road closure permanently will backfire.

We paid a bunch of clowns millions of dollars every year just to create more problems.

This not only affect Drivers but bus commuters as well. This shows that they are totally out of touch and create problems for the sake of their unrealistic ideologies.

Just vote them out, one by one.
