KNN, they should get a good car cam instead of getting a friend holding the hp to take video.

I think this guy is using a DSLR to take video.

While from a business perspective they're merely maximizing the full potential of their assets, from the consumer perspective, they're cheapskates. Still not very professional though. The tires of the yellow lambo are in much better shape.

Surprised they posted that vid, even with the plates blurred out, there are so many cameras all over the roads, if TP want to catch, not an issue. Besides, how many Zondas in that colour registered here?

But I don't think TP will bother lor.

For your info

One tyre cost about 800-900 for R8

Basically to replace the 4 would need 3k plus

So buy a car for around $800k, cannot spend $3k for 4 Tyre...

If some smart-alec rent the car, crash it, can sue the Company lor, by pointing to the tyre and hiring a good lawyer.

If they really want, 'driving with due care and consideration', 'reckless driving', 'racing on public road', a lot they can do... IF they want.

Don't think so, DSLR zoom is smooth one, only HP or compact cam zoom is like the video.

The hand not steady, See already giddy. [dizzy]

They did not seem to be going very fast... at most 10-20km above other traffic. Not reckless/dangerous, compared to many other drivers I have seen. Just a lot of sound to accompany the motion.

Not keeping in their lane is already reckless driving to me. They really think they are on race track need to cut the apex meh?

Call me sour grapes but the video doesn't lie. Knn to them again.

It's actually a traffic offence to drive with balding tyres. So I don't oniw what will happen in this case of a rental car being driven with bald tyres. Can the hirer just walk away from it all claiming the rental company gave him a car with bald tyres?

so basically

are we right to say, wait for some carrot to drive, then tyre burst and lose control

then ask the carrot to pay?

some people will just say... "tyres need to change one meh???"

:D ....well, the retort to such jokers would be "need to top up petrol meh? not run on air cos u r such an airhead"

Let a guy driving it get into an accident at high speed and die lor then see what happens.

Can send this clip to TP?

No point la. Are you able to determine the actual speed of the cars? If you can't no use wasting time.

It looks fast but of course no speed indication... Anyway even if they are caught they probably get their ah mah or ah gong to cover for them...
