super7, or uncle Foo as you are known to many old timers,I have read many of your old posts and contributions, they were very enlightening and useful, and I had great respect for you and your contributions. But sadly, all those respect vanished into thin air the day you came back as Karter.

 

You became worse after Karter was banned, and the resurface of super7. I don't know what happened during your absent those years, but you are no longer the super7 I used to respect and admiral. In fact I despise you now, so much so that I prefer to keep my distance from you.

 

In case you are not aware, or choose not to be aware, let me tell you that you are the centre of all these drama. Nobody wants to point finger or name a person, but since you are in my thread, let me tell you the actual truth. I started this thread because I am just as disappointed in you as I am in other matters, if you have to take it to heart, I am sorry, but these are words from my heart.

 

The last thing I want to tell you is, until I see the old super7 I used to respect, you are not welcome in my thread. Thank you.

I have an open mind. If I find some posts too racy. I just avoid reading thats all.

I had deep thought and finally decide to continue as TW bcz I think it does make some ppl happy when they make fun of TW. If it makes them happy and smile and give me Praise or Dislike bcz of my wicked humour.. I'm happy - I try to bring some happiness to the environment around me. And try not to be too serious and uptight about things. I probably change it if need to be serious about what I stand for like my beliefs. On this note, I apologize to anyone who find me obnoxious at times.

 

I wish that MCFers can put down all their differences and make Love not War.

This is just a forum. Coming here is to seek fun, knowledge, be silly, let down your hair and chill.

Agree to disagree. Praise those, who you sometimes don't see eye to eye, when a good post was written.

 

For MCF to be a vibrant forum requires a little bit of each other's effort.

knn, i also wanna complain.

next time we should have voting day before mods are appointed.

then we should have nominees from different GRCs to fight it out, cannot anyhow walkover one.

the nominees will have to present their vision, purpose in MCF and how they can improve the user experience.

 

i think liddat will be fair.

Last thing i want is for anyone to start a flame war. But I am impress by the fact that by page 10, and no sign of politics and sexual talk. well done. [thumbsup]

It is fun, and thanks to everyone for their contributions. it is interesting to see so many different reactions to three different threads started by three different person on the same subject. In the thread started by tianmo, only the heavy guns went in, maybe because the thread title wasn't obvious. The thread started by admin, we see many many agree here agree there. It is in this thread, we see both camps here, reason must be TS is a 2nd gear, easier to flame and condemn.. [laugh]

 

You can read this thread on the surface, or you can read it between the lines, I leave that option to you. As far as I am concern, I am happy with the result..

 

In my opinion, it is in this thread that we see real opinions, there were people who came in, left their comments together with a praise and left, there were people who came in left their praise and left, there were people who came in just to be seen as getting involve but talking rubbish of no concern, and there were people who came in to defense. All in all we see all kinds of involvement, without flaming and disagreements, which is very encouraging. If it had being before the new praise and dislike system, this thread would have being lock due to all the flamings.

 

The new system is trying to empower members to help govern the forum, by means of praising and dislike, power is in everyone's hand, it depends on how you decide to use them. The very first post received 84 praises, it obviously has it's merit.

 

The next thing about the banning, I know the mods have done a good job, the only issue is making clear why a decision was made. Radx came clear with why picanto was banned, and his points very valid, without his explanation, most people would just be wondering. I know Radx in person, he is a nice soft-hearted guy, but being old school he doesn't believe in explaining his action, which may create misunderstandings among some members. It's just the way he does his job, those who wants clarification can always PM him and he will be more then willing to explain to you his act. Anyway, we are all humans, and no human can be impartial, that is a fact nobody can change.

 

@super7, uncle foo, I know you in person also, as a senior member both in term of length of stay in MCF and in age, I always believe you can set a very good example. Take a look at the number of praises given in post one, don't you think it is better to be respected then to be hunted. If you are really banned, I don't think you are going to be able to come back as anyone else this time. [thumbsup]

 

@TVT, bro if the axe is really to fall, it will only chop one, if it is not him, it will be you, no point fighting so hard.

@davidoh, now this is the problem kid. Can you stop all your PM nonsense? On one hand you said you wanted to turn over a new leaf, on the other hand you start to PM anyone who seem to have problem with the MOD, asking for them to write to admin about unhappiness with the MODS. where is your stand? To stay and be accepted or to fight for personal gains?

If you have a problem with the MODs, and you think you can lead a revolution, you should go start a thread, don't start to PM all over the shop. FYI, I will not return your PM, neither will I be writing in to the admin on your behalf. Please do not PM me anymore, because I am unlikely to be logging in for the next 2 years.
