Yes my knees weak liao and doesn't help I'm overweight!

Futsal with the side movements and change of direction is a killer!!

 

But I really like to play futsal though I'm not a good player but ever willing. That said my kakis normally give chance to me cos even when younger, I still older than most of them so senior citizen got privileges!!
