Any existing users of this Hydrojet? It says 64 PSI water pressure but I don't know how that feels in real life... At $168 it seems a bit pricey as I could go for fortnightly $8 car washes for a whole year at that price, while saving myself 1-2 hours of car washing plus shampoo cost.

You buying?

IMHO, this is for you if you are looking for one with not-so-strong pressure and save a lot of water.

Well the water is free flow... Unfortunately the tap head is not compatible else I would connect a hose straight to the tap for washing my car  [laugh]

I think I'll save my time to relax instead and pay for car wash instead...

Maybe u post the pic of the tap head here, there may be folks who can give you a solution.

If free flow, I will use pail and scoop.

It's like you use a normal hose and squeeze the outlet tip for added water pressure. It does a decent job if you don't mind lugging a wheeled water container around the car to cover all parts. It can be rather heavy when filled and the hose isn't long enough if you don't move the container about.

I bought one and now I pay $8 for car washes [laugh]

Haha..... think car washes are more relaxing and cost-effective then.

I bought this in Taobao and so far so good. 20 cents of water can wash and rinse one whole car. Add another $30 for shipping.

Quite interested in this portable car wash.

Would you recommend the built in battery or portable battery pack?

My only concern is that the portable battery have a higher chance of getting short-circuited due to external connection whereas the built-in should be entirely waterproof. However, having it external means we can just bring the battery pack along to charge instead of lugging the entire setup for charging.

No need special pail. Just normal pail and put in the motor?

Used it for 3 times and water seeped in through the top where the wire goes in.

Asked the seller for refund or what can I do about it and he didn't reply.

Others ask about other stuff like where to self collect, he answered.

Actually there a way to make them respond.

Within days of collection quickly test the product for defect.

If there's issue quickly contact the seller, if no response escalate to qoo themselves.

If still nothing, raise a dispute with PayPal, if u used them earlier during payment

Turbocharged

Anyone found something of this kind that has a hose attachment without any sort of nozzle? Like plain hose, rather than pressurized spraying... I find that sheets water off much better for final rinse.
