Air-con has funny smell

Should really change the filter. A lot of 'junk' can clog onto it and produce that smell you are experiencing.

Could it be due to mold? I used diluted vinegar spray to clear the smell.

Sorry for bringing up this old topic. My car recently has this herbal smell too coming out from the air con. Just changed aircon filter. Previously the herbal smell was worst. Wonder what could be the problem? Air con is cold tho.
