What does the "hassle free documentation" provide? Does it help to collect payment from the buyer, help settle seller's outstanding bank loans and does the transfer paper work? Or once the price is agreed, it is just between the seller and the shark (dealer)? If your vehicle has not approved mod, do you still accept to sell (and reflect it in the inspection report)?

Hi Matrix0405,

 

basically once the bidding close and you accept the offer given, we will pass your contacts to the dealer to liase with you directly. The dealer will arrange to view and test drive the vehicle and if there are no additional problems found on the vehicle the dealer will process the documentations with you directly, eg check outstanding loan, transfer of ownership, settlement of loan. Any balance payment will be made to you directly on vehicle handover.

 

With regards to illegal modifications, it is best you replace it back to the original before selling the car. However, if you want to leave it on the vehicle, we will need to indicate to the dealer in the inspection report so that they can account for the cost of replacing it.

Let's say if the car has existing problems, we should declare it to you before getting the dealers to bid first right? sorry for the noob question, just wanna clarify.
