Actually I started slowing but I saw that car too close I swerved. I was actually driving slowly for lane one cos of speed camera. Whew. I will keep safer distance next time. I tot front car was just avoiding road hogger.

Your quick reflex saved you from colliding with the first stationary car.

 

It would have help if the driver put out the car warning triangle immediately, assuming he has one.

1) if u driving slowly, u should be on lane 2

2) from ur camera and the "speed objects disappear" and "agar agar", u aint going slowly, u were flooring it

 

u lucky to get away with it this time, ur time not up yet, but downstair already giving u a warning, better drive slow and learn from mistake

Wah Piang, left such a big gap still almost accident.

No wonder people say hoggers are bad drivers.

Doesn't seems very fast to me at all.

Probably at 85-90km/hr

the driver of the immobile car also one kind, standing behind his own car directing traffic. all you need is another driver to not pay attention and sandwich him between the 2 cars

Does TS' actions as perceived by you warrant name-calling?

 

Btw, I dun think TS was in thr wrong. He probably thought your front hero was simply executing a lane change. Who would have x-ray eyes to look ahead beyond your front hero?

When in front brake and macam like avoiding something, u should follow brake already.

 

The car in front were partly blame cos change lane too sudden

in reality, driver couldn't react instantly

in similar case a car can siam very fast if suddenly he saw an obstacle on the road especially there is no car in front of him

car following behind ... cannot see the obstacle and most critically do not have the "instinct" what lies ahead

First and foremost, I think you are really really lucky to be able to avoid that and at the same time not causing injuries to other road users. Otherwise I cannot imagine what kind of injuries will those drivers standing be like while you will face the law for sure.

 

you are really lucky that there is no vehicles on centre lane man "_"||||

My fair view is that the front driver also day dreaming.. if u keep slightly right, you would be able to notice the parked car. That is why sometimes when driving at lane 1 especially, I prefer to drive more to the right then LINE up in the middle and vision is sort of obstructed by the car in front. By keeping more right and have a better view ahead I feel have more advantages..
