Does any know how to tell the difference between a PI new car, and a PI import used car, when buying them second hand?

 

Car dealers tell me the car's mileage is likely to have been adjusted regardless of imported new, or imported used, especially if the manufacturing date is far from the registered date.

 

Do hope to find out more, as second hand cars in the local market, which are classified as PI does seem more attractively priced in the market
