Amazon.com refund and Forwarders to send back items to USA

Hi, need some advice from folks who bought from Amazon before.

 

I make 2 purchase from Amazon from their registered vendor.. unfortunately encounter 奸商 who seems to have deliberately send me wrong items.. I ordered A twice, with different size for 2 seperate orders & the merchant delivered B...

 

So now I'm supposed to ship the item back to USA.. other than Singpost, any other postal service to use that comes with tracking and insurance? Each item about USD140 value. Items are 21" carry on size and 25" luggage bags.. about 3 kg weight each.

 

Appreciate all advices. Thanks in advance.

DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, TNT, Toll Express.

 

Or you can try the smaller companies like, network courier etc.

 

Anyway, good luck with your returns as the freight cost will probably cost as much or even more than the item shipped.

Feedback to Amazon thru the customer service. They will rectify it and pay for return shipping (at least)

 

For my case, item sent was faulty. They paid for return shipping of faulty item thru Singpost and sent new item via expedited shipping (2 - 4 days), paid by Amazon. All settled within 2 days.

 

I think they have one of the best customer service around for online shopping :)

+ mine (1 late delivery, 1 wrong voltage; total refund and to keep the goods delivered) --> 2X = 6 cheers [thumbsup]

It's amazing, Amazon can survived with so many costly mistakes.

 

they probably had an agreement with vendors to absorb these costs

I think can only buy more bulky items from Amazon Export division. Avoid their vendors.. Unless it's those small parcel so easier to send back.

 

Their vendors may be full of trick. Somehow I think my order they deliver fakes to me. Anyway it's totally wrong items.. Can't be 2 different orders for same stuff, both send 2 different items of same model.. Told me model discontinued and they no longer have stock and sent me "upgraded" version... But but their online stock still have the older model and in stock.

 

Reason why buy older model is bec I know will have minimal chance of fake.. Knn.. Those Ang moh are learning the Chinese tricks.. Lol..

Anyway Amazon quite steady.. First order came and I complain complain.. They refund me 100%+my freight cost from USA to SG.. And I haven't send back the items yet.

 

Unfortunately 2nd order came also same problem... Sianz

Because USA have return/refund policy which can return/refund anything.

 

And some asian while working/staying there mis-used their system a lot.

 

Buy in bulk, can use some vouchers to offset purchase, refund those not to use without offsetting the discounts from vouchers = lesser unit cost.

 

I am sure that there are also Americans that mis-use the system but only a small handful.
