Always us a tester use to determine the moisture content within the brake fluid.

It's incorrect way to replace the brake fluid base on age or how dark the colour of the brake fluid is.

Ya...but majority dun have such tester

For wshops that don't have this brake fluid tester, if they are keen to provide quantity service which will in turns improve productivity and their business bottom line , they should seriously think about how to get them. The costs could be easily recover within weeks of selling brake fluid.

Basically they are penny wise pound foolish or just pure ignorant thinking that what their old timers method is the right and correct way.

for brakes fluids, ill usually change it every year, if it's more than 1 year, also within 2 years will flush out and service. Rubber tyres and brake system are something which I'll be glad to overspend on.

Most people can spend thousands respray whole car , change rims, change body kits.. no blind eyelids for cosmetics... So pay attention to brake system maintenance and rubber tyres. Especially now rainy season.
