Hi, I bought 2 shock absorber mounting from your shop. After installing, my car go over hump, have the grikok sound. There is no sound before I changed. Can you advise what can I do? The mounting is in my car, I can't change out to do a exchange. By the way, I lost my receipt. But I'm sure I can prove cause I used Nets to pay.

Can you advise to whether I can used Lexus IS250 Auto Transmission Gear Box onto Toyota Mark X Auto Transmission Gear Box.

 

And please advise what are the replacement connection parts that I can buy to replace. The reason is to continue the COE of my Toyota Mark X for another 10 years and also think my Toyota Mark X gear has some problem.

I have posted on repair of gearbox forum before.

It will not be suitable to swap or purchase other gearbox replacement on your car. The gearbox need to configure and re-initialize the communication with ECU. Moreover, your Mark X is parallel import and I foreseen no mechanic will have the software to re-initialize the ECU for you. The only way is overhaul and repair the gearbox. This is the best solution and safest method.

Actually, this is cheapest solution and most reliable. Don listen to workshop all sort of solution of swapping and exchange. This will not work but scam your $$$$

for installation of absorber mounting,there should be no sound as it is mounted on the body to allow movement for the absorber.
