So you saying if there is a figure even like in % increase there is a chance? but must be in B&W.

If there is an acceptant of the rate best in B& W. Have chance .

I'm just trying to see if there is any flaw in the system. At least i tried all means to save the tenant.

I'm in no way related to the tenant i am just one of those affected with the change.

You mentioned that it's a "club" of some sort, so as well as maximising profits, the managers of the club presumably have some responsibility to act in the best interests of the club members.

So if the new vendor was, for example, offering something special, different or extra to club members, that would provide a good "cover" for the change.

 

Also, if for whatever reason, the club can say that the new vendor is "more in line" with the goals, purpose and membership of the club.

 

HOWEVER - it does give you an avenue to "fight" which is via the club members - if you can mobilise the membership of the club (maybe by a petition or similar) to keep the existing Childcare, you might be able to force some sort of vote at committee meeting or similar (there is probably some avenue where the club committee has to listen to the membership if they are vocal about the change)

In fact most affected are members of the club. And we already have a petition. Next step is probably engage the club. Some are already trying external parties to add pressure.

The chicken can refuse only if said chicken can prove that after pao it is in pain n discomfort. Then it shows u pao too hard n deep till chicken also cannot work for a few days.

 

Maybe chicken can even claim compensation for loss of income from u.
