I have a Toyota Tacoma truck 2009. A Toyota Yaris 2010 and a Toyota/Scion XB 2014.

The 1981 Starlet is not driven very much.

What country are the majority of members here from?

In America Starlets were only imported from 1981 to 1984 (And only in the 3 door) and were not very popular at that time because it was more expensive than a Tercel and almost as much as a Corolla.

Now they are very hard to find and cost several thousand dollars...Even in bad condition. Most of them are now modified. And parts are very difficult to come by.

How are you? Do you still know of ppl driving one?

I’m interested in pricing a Starlet so I can talk to my credit union about obtaining a small loan for one. 

 

How ow do I go about finding one? I’ve been searching google and even called a couple of importers. I got a shipping quote for one from San Juan if I could find one in PR but their CL yields nothing.

 

any help would be appreciated.
