Janling3 6th Gear July 29, 2015 Share July 29, 2015 Actually no. The flu bugs is always present, it will attack the moment you immune system weakened. You are not down with flu, because your immune system is defending you . U r right, once a month I definitely needed to consult GP for my flu during my primary school days. So it was 12 times a year. The GP even joked about it if I skipped seeing him as my body getting stronger in secondary school days due to more active in sports.:) Hence, it's been old good habit to work out at least 2 times a week wherever I am until today which is more than 35 years later..... :) During younger days, I were among those most prone to Flu. At least 4 to 6 visits to doctor for Flu medication each year. Now I exercise regularly to keep fit. ↡ Advertisement

On a more serious note, must show these people what those who defect and quit from ISIS have to say.. First, even though ISIS declare every member to be equal, there are still social status and pecking order in the organisation. Jman888 Moderator October 2, 2015 Share October 2, 2015 got rank, can get promoted one From janitors to snipers, M’sians moving up IS ranks PUBLISHED: 4:16 AM, OCTOBER 2, 2015 Malaysian police have arrested scores of people nationwide for alleged links to the Islamic State. Photo: Royal Malaysia Police. KUALA LUMPUR — Malaysians are moving up the ranks in the Islamic State terror network, as they advance from janitorial and guard posts to the positions of suicide bombers and snipers, police say. “Our intelligence show that (the Islamic State is) relying more on Malaysians now to carry out strike missions against several key structures in Iraq,” said Malaysia’s counterterrorism director Ayub Khan, according to a report by The Star yesterday. Mr Ayub said that the new development came to light on the back of news that three Malaysians had recently been killed in Iraq while carrying out special operations for the Islamic State. So far, 14 Malaysians fighting alongside the Islamic State have been killed in the two countries, according to Malaysian media reports. Malaysians are being trained by the terrorist group to carry out special missions in a bid to reclaim territory in Iraq that government forces had taken over, said Mr Ayub. “The presence of ISIS in Syria is quite solid, but the group is losing control over Iraq as many territories have fallen back to Iraqi government forces,” he added, using one of the Islamic State’s several acronyms. Many who joined were influenced via social media. The three Malaysians who were killed recently in Iraq are Zid Saharani Mohamed Esa, Muhamad Syazani Mohd Salim and Fadzly Ariff Zainal Ariff. Zid, 43, who went to Syria via Turkey in July last year, died while fighting the Iraqi forces in Bayji, Iraq, on Aug 29. “We believe he was one of the snipers assigned to take out targets at an Iraqi government structure in Bayji,” said Mr Ayub, adding that Zid was detained under the Internal Security Act in 2002. Syazani went to Syria with his brother Muhamad Syazwan on Sept 23 last year, and was killed while fighting against Iraqi soldiers. Fadzly, meanwhile, was a burger seller who was killed on Sept 26, after driving a truck filled with seven tonnes of explosives towards a bridge in Fallujah in Iraq. “Our intelligence indicates that Fadzly Ariff, known as Abu Ubaidah, had attempted suicide bombings twice but failed as his explosives malfunctioned the previous times,” Mr Ayub added. Fadzly’s mother Azizah Md Yusof was also detained under the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act on April 28 last year for supporting the Islamic State, and was charged on May 23 the same year. Mr Ayub told Malaysian media that it was difficult to get DNA samples to verify the identity of the dead Malaysians. The Malaysian police have arrested scores of people nationwide for alleged links to the Islamic State, with 10 suspected members nabbed in multiple raids two months ago for plotting an attack on Malaysian soil. Last month, the United States Embassy in Kuala Lumpur advised its citizens to avoid popular tourist spot Jalan Alor in downtown Kuala Lumpur, after the authorities received credible information on a potential terrorist attack following the arrests of the 10 suspected militants. Three men, including two foreigners, were detained over their possible involvement in the potential attack. AGENCIES

Lala81 Hypersonic October 11, 2015 Share October 11, 2015 I'm thought Putin come in give them black eye Liao? Russia has mostly been bombing the anti government rebels which are isis competitors. Basically they are not focus sing on isis. They are bombing all non assad (govt) forces. When there's such a scenario. Isis will benefit compared to the other anti government rebels. Cos they have bases in Iraq as well. So it hurts them less.

Putin decided to move in after Obama screwed up Syria with his military training and funding of so-called FSA, most of which ended up in ISIS hands. That had been going on since the US began troop withdrawal from Iraq and when Washington turned its attention to Assad govt which is pro-Russia. So guess who ISIS is thanking for making their success in Syria and Iraq possible within the last 48 months ? AMERICA ! http://natocouncil.ca/who-supplies-isis/ Who Supplies ISIS? It seems since middle of 2014, the ISIS had no trouble getting resources, men and $ from US-trained Iraqi forces. This same "mistake" of US weapons falling into ISIS hands are also repeated in Syria. Lala81 Hypersonic October 11, 2015 Share October 11, 2015 I agree that US has a big role in creating all this problems. I think generally russia is trying to suppress the rebellion within Syria. Definitely they aren't making the problem worse... (cos it's already crappy enough). So they are targeting all groups (whether those affilated with western help) or ISIS.
