I ever saw one accident at Changi Coast Road, a BMW head on with a dump truck, the BMW driver pushed all the way to the rear seat with hand sticking out.

Crossing double white lines for overtaking is a major offence, this particular driver must be taken off Singapore road for the safety of other road users.

Find physical divider is betterr and safer than mark white line, cause some drivers might not notice that the road is a two way traffic.
