This is very common, especially Malaysian bikers. Sometimes car driers are "tricked" into following, assuming that the light has turned green since the bikes have begun to move.

But I'm surprise that the biker was actually watching out for traffic, I believe this isnt the near miss he had encounter, and with that assumption made, he never learn his dam lessons.
